The heavily modified golf bag slung over his shoulder features life-like sculpted leather textures and is stuffed with heavily taped-up hockey sticks and baseball bats. His well worn clothing and battle damaged protective gear are indicative of his singular focus and commitment to brutal street justice.

Casey's man-made and decidedly low-tech equipment stand in contrast to the defeated cybernetic Foot Clan soldier that comprises the bulk of the statue's base. The vibrant purple Foot uniform and exposed metallic endoskeleton underneath are beautifully painted to highlight these clashing methodologies.
